Do not buy from these cowboys PLEASE READ SHOCKING!!

If I could give no stars I would, so lets begin

I purchased a car from Excellent cars (also known as s&n motors ltd) on Tuesday 28th November 2017 I drove down to Sheffield to see the car after my enquiry on the Monday, I was told in a voicemail that the car was perfect drove great ( I knew it had been a CAT D) I Was assured all work had been done on the car I asked the damage that was done to the car and I was told via voicemail message ( which I have) that it was side damage to the doors on passenger side and pillar which had been fixed, so as I said I drove down and had a look at the car, I dealt with a pleasant enough chap who advised again the car was in perfect condition (baring in mind this is a 13 plate Ford Grand C-Max with only 16700 miles on the clock) I inspected the car and yes it did seem ok ( I am no mechanic) in there advert on Autotrader it advised the car had been mot'ed on the 23rd November so it had a full year (again giving the assura

DO NOT BUY FROM ‘EXCELLENT CARS’
After purchasing a vehicle from ‘Excellent Cars’ I have made a complaint within a matter of days due to the catalogue of issues that have become apparent in such a short space of time - some so bad that the car should not have passed the MOT that they promised to conduct which hasn’t been completed - it is unsafe to drive. Avoid at all cost
Bought my Mazda 6 from them. Does not have kit as advertised. What's there is faulty. Problem with engine as blowing blue smoke. Was told because of new turbo & should go in a week or two. Didn't go so took car back under warranty a long list of faults. Wouldn't even take to be repaired until I said I'd return it & cancel finance. Warrenty work carried out
The lads at excellent cars were very helpful from start to finish My car had a few faults and those that were covered by the warranty were sorted for my with no quibble. During the time that they had my car I was given a curtesy car. I have a bad back and getting in and out of the car was a bit of a struggle so I informed Noel and he lent me a more suitable car.
