Worst car buying experience of my life.
How would you feel if the car you bought was broken which you didn't realize on collection, you bring it back next day after collection and they refuse to fix it even tho it is on warranty. I spoke to manager but he was even worst. I told him that I will send a complaint to head office. He just laughed at me saying " you can send it but complaints are forwarded to us to sort out and I already told you that we will not fix it for free" I send complain to the head office but no reply at all so manager knew what he saying. I would not buy a push bike from this company to the rest of my life. You might be lucky if you buy a car and it is ok, but if it isnt, do not expect them to help you.
