Received documents for a car I did not buy!! But they are not bo

Told me the car was in very good condition so made plans to travel and buy it,however the inside had been scratched on every plastic and metal panel by what could be a dog. Wasted 5 hours & £55 (petrol & Insurance cover) on the strength of that for nothing.They said that it was taxed ready for me as the Post office closers at 5.That's salesman rubbish they know it can be taxed in 10 minutes on line. As soon as I showed a disinterest for it, so did he for me. IE NO COMMISSION. 5 weeks later received a V5C in my name for the car I did not buy so now I'm responsible for any Road Traffic problems. Contacted them and told the Site Manager would ring me back but she never did. No one is interested. More wasted effort writting to DVLA to get my name removed and exonerate me from anything anyone who test drives it does. 3 months in total spent sorting this.Don't say sorry and ring to discuss! When you find the car you still have, you will have my details so YOU ring me. That will Never happen!

100% avoid
I have had the car since 31.07.2018, it has broken down 3 times now, they forgot to tax my car so was driving round for 2 weeks without tax, I have phoned numerous times to try to sort, not once has anyone rang me back so i have now gone to trading standards to reject car in full and lodged a formal complaint with the finance company as i tried doing a formal complaint with eddie wrights but again
No after-sales service
I bought an Hyundai from them last week. They answered emails promptly when enquiring about buying a car. After the purchase I realised that the key tag had been removed with the key number. I emailed them THREE times for this information. They didn't reply to any of my emails once they had got my money ! Appalling customer "service"
Pathetic irresponsible dishonest dealership
We drove 80 miles to test drive a car, after doubly confirming that the car would be in immaculate condition for test driving. We were presented with a car in an appalling filthy state. FALSE information that the previous owner was NOT A SMOKER OR PET OWNER was given to us over the phone.
