Arrogant service

Having recently purchased a vehicle from e s p for 30k I must say what a dreadful experience. Car sold to me with two worn out tyres and still managed to pass MOT at ESP. Having the vehicle checked by my local BMW dealer they informed me that it is impossible for my vehicle to pass MOT with two tyres worn down to 1mm on the edges almost exposing the cords. I informed the salesman who told me that this is normal for heavy vehicles. Talked me into buying supaguard which wasn't carried out. I have now reported the matter to VOSA and also trading standards of Nottingham council. I should have gone to a BMW dealer and paid more atleast I would receive a better service. Overall this place lack customer service skills and manners. They need to be sent to a customer service course to understand customers requirements and ensuring a quality service is delivered. A tip for anyone thinking of buying from ESP please don't!!! Biggest mistake I have made. In the end I have had my tyres replaced as ESP say tyres are acceptable at 1mm close to the ply of cords as a MOT pass.

They lied about the mileage
They said the car was being sold at 25000 miles. I bought a 4 series convertible from them. Once i reached home i checked the miles and it was 26500 something. I wasnt happy, tried to email them and get their response, none ! Once you will buy from them, thats it , its you and your car. Be careful.
Excellent 5* Dealers
Travelled from Essex to collect my car. Phil,Moran was an absolute Gent. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely come back and can’t recommend you enough.
ESP Cars duping
Brought a vehicle from ESP in good faith. They failed too disclose that vehicle was accident repaired when they fully knew about the history of the car. Very untrustworthy and regret ever buying from them. Don't let the high end cars and look fool you they're a cowboy seller.
Waste of time.
Went to part exchange my higher priced vehicle which they said they would take in. They didn't after making a 400 miles round trip. They had 'someone else' who was going to buy it. I can't comment on the cars they sell as I didnt exchange it, ended up selling my privately for more. Don't waste your time going down to part exchange, very unprofessional and lied through their teeth about having mone
