Bought an A5 from them last year. Paid top retail price. Promised me the service history and book pack. Never showed up. After chasing them about it for almost six months i was finally told that it was tough. They offered me 9k for the car. I had just bought it for 14k. Joke. Never contacted me once. Told me the service history does not affect the price of the car. Idiots. Avoid at all costs

Got a figure for finance over 36 months and decided to go ahead and pt deposit of £200 down.Next day was told figure was over 54 months and not 36.Decided that was a poor deal and asked for deposit back.Told bluntly write letter in.Have done this but nothing yet after nearly 2 weeks.Would avoid t all costs after being misled.
