Stay away from them !!

We had an agreement for a BMW GT 5 series with Dace car Manchester branch.

They ask me to make a deposit to hold the car assuming that its fully refundable(sale agent).

Because of high mileage my finance company didn't accept the deal .

They where trying with their own finance company but its been refused for some reasons.End of the day, the manager call and ask me for bank details saying that they have another lender who can accept my application..

After 48 hours I didn't have any confirmation no call no email...i call the branch speak with the sales agent for a refund.. all good said , I gave him my details to proceed … one hour later , branch manager call me(screaming) to inform in very rude manner that I can not play with them to cancel my purchase because he has a lender for me and he will not refund my deposit because I already sign the agreement !!!

Great car buying experience

Dylan was great as he made us feel very welcome and valued. Everything was explained thoroughly and every question answered. The timing belt was changed which was done at a great price. The car had a buff, polish and valet so looked fantastic on collection day. The staff are very approachable and friendly. I would highly recommend Dace Car Supermarket.

After visiting a few other car dealers and not having the best services, I was a bit worried about visiting another used car dealership however Dace Motors was the complete opposite, the whole team were great to deal with, they made me feel very comfortable and answered any questions I had about the car, will be buying all my cars from Dace in the future.
