Software update, or so they said.

Bought a used leon mhev form this dealer and all was great until sept 23 when they did a software update.

Roll on to March 24 and its still not finished.

Had no satnav since they tried to do the update.

They have had the car back twice in March to update the software but to no avail.

Need less to say ive benn without my car for a week now and there is no sign of me getting it back soon.

Comunication from them has been and still is non exsistant. Its excuse after excuse as ti why my car isnt fixed . It went in to them with no issues but now its at the stage where i can not use it or get it back.

I have even told them the car has been sold in part ex but that does not seem to make them work to resolve the issue, even though they are the ones that caused it.

I would not even recomend then to Putin..

As for the Manager , well best not comment.

My wife called today to see what was going on and the service enginner thought it was funny that it wasnt sorted, very profesional if him.

Cox Motor Group - Blackpool SEAT cannot be trusted
Bought a 2014 BMW 3 series from Blackpool SEAT, part of the Cox Motor Group.
