Dodgy MOT

I had bought a vw from the company last August. before cove cars dropped it off to my house they had fitted 4 new tyres on the car an re-Mot'd it from the day of delivery. I recently took it for an MOT to find out it failed on a list of things. 3 of which was the tyres as they had only put the inside of the tyres on the outside which is very dangerous an it failed straight away just on the tyres. The car was never re-checked before they re-MOT'D it an delivered. If I would have had a crash my insurance would have been invalid an not a leg to stand on to make a claim bearing in mind I had been driving it for 10 months when it was not road worthy in the first place. The Issue has been reported to VOSA as I'm fuming about their cowboy like behaviour just is not on.

Went to cove cars on a recommendation from a friend to look at the cars they had. I looked at a 207 and liked it (in this time I wasn't pestered or pushed,this I liked). So I went and asked for a test drive and wax given one. I liked the car and the attitude of the garage itself so purchased the car. I had a problem with the car so went back and spoke to Phil the owner and he had it in and solved

Terrible After Sales Service
Do NOT, I repeat do NOT buy a car from this business. My 17 year old grandaughter recently purchased a Renault Clio after taking it on a short test drive. She collected it on a Tuesday evening. Great buying experience
Stumbled across cove cars whilst driving to another dealership in stoney Stanton, saw a nice mini and popped in to have a chat, no pushy selling, nice test drive and genuinely knowledgeable staff really reassured me. Three month warranty put anything else to rest.
