Appalling vehicle and customer service

Saw the car on a Sunday and agreed a price and the issues that needed fixing for collection the following Friday. Main issues were a faulty rear wiper, very low and pitch black oil and the car was filthy inside, otherwise looked okay. Was promised that the car would be serviced, valeted, the wiper would be repaired and a fresh MOT done. On the Friday arrived to find the valet amounted to the salesman hoovering out the interior of the car, the outside had not been touched. Informed that the vehicle had just returned from having the MOT done and we found that the number plate lights were not working and one headlight washer not working the service amounted to topping the oil up, no oil change or filter etc. Asked for the washer to be fixed on site but they couldn't manage re-fixing a rubber tube. All in all I found the attitude and lack of service appalling.
