DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! BE WARNED

We purchased a KIA SORRENTO from this father and son business on 10/12/2017. On driving it a mile or so in snow, it slipped all over the place. On returning to the dealership, it was discovered that there was no front propshaft. They agreed to put one on which was done overnight. The agreement was that if the car was still not running correctly within 2-3 days, we would return it and get a full refund. The car is not safe, it has cut out several times and judders and jams when attempting to park on full lock. On returning to Charlie’s Cars,the owner refused to give the refund which had been agreed to prior to this, denying that he’d agreed to that and offered £1000 towards fixing it. These people are not trustworthy.

DANGEROUS BODGERS!
I purchased a 05 Hyundi Terracan from Charlie's Cars Sales around 1 month ago. I took the vehicle for it's first long trip and the car lost all power on a blind corner of a busy A road and I had a very close call with a lorry behind me.
