My thoughts on Chariots Cars. Kettering

I have had dealings with several motor dealers over the years, some bad some good but I have to say that from the first moment I entered Chariots, I was made to feel comfortable & totally at ease. There was none of the expected 'high pressure' from the staff, exactly the opposite, I was left to browse at leisure, what a refreshing change ! I made a purchase that day & have since been back & bought a second car, when one considers that I made the trip from Leeds to visit Chariots, hopefully that about sums it up. As Yorkshire Rep for the Range Rover Register, I am very critical of 'value for money' & I wasn't dissapointed here, the stock of these & other marques were second to none. As regards the staff, I was dealing with Kim who I felt really put himself out & went that 'extra mile', he even delivered one of my purchases in a covered trailer ! 10 out of 10, well done Chariots, you deserve to do well.

Unsafe car and terrible after care
Sorry to have to write this review however having done some research my problem is not uncommon. You should all be aware: 1) When you buy a car and they claim it is serviced to manufacturer standards this is NOT true as they failed to check technical service bulletins which are a key part of manufacturer quality servicing. Issues with car i bought from Chariots
I bought a Mercedes AMG from then, from the start i had issues with the Drivers seat, also Issue with the driving of the vehicle not being say, they had the vehicle back many times this went on for six months they kept saying there was nothing wrong with it. I asked them to let Mercedes Dealership to look at it, they told me to take it to Mercedes. When i told Chariots it was a cost of £127 for it

Professional and customer care highly ratedcare
Franco and his team are very professional and knowledgeable, not pushy and honest was my experience. Good price and added warranty with servicing. Its a fact that cars can go wrong after the sale but i had no issues with a repair after 1 week and was given a courtesy car during the repair work. A credit to the whole team and industry

Disgusting and Unprofessional Avoid at Any Cost
Very poor service. Never admit their fault. Bought and used for servicing ...
