Cass Autos feel you review is a little unfair -
Mr Booker contacted us a week or so after purchasing a ten year old Ford ranger pickup as he felt the steering was vague, we asked him to bring the vehicle back so we could investigate.
Mr Booker did not want to bring it back and said his mechanic had looked at it and it required a new steering box.
He suggested Cass Autos pay for the part and he would have it fitted, to which both agreed.
We had no further contact from Mr Booker and yet receive this poor review.
All of our customer complaints are handled in a professional manner and we always ask our customers at point of sale to telephone the office if they have a problem so it can be resolved as soon as possible.
