Tried to bully me into purchasing the Metallic Blue Clio

After text exchange with this guy to see this car. I arrived and was met I was greeted with a very agitated Indian man (in his early middle 59s). I told him I was interested in the Clio. I advised him that i will be there prompt today( which i did). I asked if I could take a test drive . He and his father was very hesitant and said they will only allow it on the basis that I took it away. I explained that if vehicle had no fault I will not have any problems taking it .He then went on to stress that he did not want me to go home & bring a brother/ relative or an inspector & he just wanted it sold today. My suspicions increased at this point . I had my reservations when I first arrived and the kind of a person I was greeted with, but thought to give him the benefit of the doubt . His father persuaded him to allow me to drive the vehicle & even offered to tag along. The guy refused & aggressively spoke to his father in his language -test drove the car. The Clutch was on it way out

Stay well clear. bought a Volvo V50 advertised as mint 12 month MOT....Car cost me £3400 in repair costs to get a straight and legal MOT..................Tried every means to contact the seller but to no avail.

disgusting steer clear

I was going to purchase a second hand car from them suppose to have new mot with no faults been fully serviced had full service history from toyota and immaculate. I paid a deposit but when I told a friend he searched and found these reviews. I then said I would like an RAC inspection which cost me a fair amount of money but i am jolly glad I paid for it. Absolutely appalling, do not buy from Carpoint

My boyfriend brought a car from here in December, three months ago, and has since paid out for nearly £2000 worth of unexpected work on it. The customer service is appalling, the staff are rude and aggressive and the car has been a source of stress from the beginning, I live in dread of what will go wrong next.

Don't bother with these people

Went to buy a car and put a deposit down. Ended up being messed about for a fortnight with various excuses as to why I couldn't collect the vehicle (my favourite being that the keys had been taken home by an employee who lived 100 miles away). Stay well clear!

Do not go anywhere near this place. Shocking customer service. Violent and Aggressive. We asked to test drive a mini cooper on the forecourt, he was very pussy and said that we would need to pay £200 if we are test driving it. We explained that we would not be leaving a deposit to test drive it as if the car did not drive well then we would not want it. He agreed to let us have a test drive on
