DO NOT USE

Where do I start: DO NOT USE, these are first class blaggers - and will sell you a ticking time bomb with no qualms about reneging on their point of sale overtures.

Example: Vehicle 5% oil level light would illuminate after 2 weeks, took vehicle to Vauxhall who found a failed drive shaft seal, and melted glove box lamp cover. Vauxhall would replace the aforesaid parts, and service the vehicle. Transpired vehicle was '3000' miles over its 20k main service schedule. Car Giant now claim they "do not service vehicle prior to sale unless appropriate payment is made" - irrespective of selling a technically not roadworthy vehicle - and without offering this very same claim when you're making your buying decision, notably when you'd tell them where to stick their car!!

Vehicle was also sold with failed tyres (discovered as deemed failed by Car Giant's own pre site inspection) - Car Giant claim the tyres were replaced, notably in their letters, and subsequently under court conditions - blatant liars playing for the cameras at this point - as Car Giant would know the tyres WERE NOT replaced - leaving customer to foot the replacement cost. Car Giant now asserts: "they are not at liberty" to provide the Invoices for the tyres (which didn't exist)!

After 3 weeks, a small crack was noticed on the vehicle windscreen. Transpired the vehicle windscreen was also deemed failed (again, noted on their own so called pre site inspection) but clearly wasn't attended, or even advised upfront at point of sale. Car Giant subsequently avoids the topic in their correspondence claiming the "vehicle was viewed prior to sale".

Also, after 4 weeks of driving, vehicle driving irregularities noticed, having taken the vehicle to be checked it was found the vehicle had a suspected 'bent sub frame' which was also kept quiet/not checked by Car Giant - even though their pre site inspection stated 'uneven tyre wear'!

Underhanded Car Dealer
The issue that I have experienced was: I purchased a vehicle from Cargiant in October 2018, after I took it for a full service at VW two months after, I was issued a repair bill for £1000 to fix a number of serious issues that I as a customer would never have been able to see when purchasing the car on the show room floor. Maserati
I came a long way to see the Maserati gihibi. However the car got no service history and no log book. I told the staff that there was no description on the auto trader regarding no service history or log book. Then the staff told me to check the website and it states TBA. The staff wasn't interested into those detail. Next day, a sale rep called me and asked about the Maserati. I request if I buy
Beware this company: Don't buy from them!
A sad outcome, after putting a £400 pound deposit down on a BMW, I had the RAC inspect the car. There were quite a number of issues, including NO Dip stick, concerns over steering condition, a vibration was evident, and handling, including brakes. The engineer had taken it out on a test drive, which I was not able to do fully, as the 'test drive' at Cargiant, is around an industrial estate, wher
Big and Busy But Cracking Value
A huge site with thousands of cars, some pristine some less so, generally reflected in the price and in 'managers reduction' notices if there is any reduction applied by them due to body or other defects. Spent some considerable time there and didn't see any cars on sale that were badly prepped or dirty. Went to see one particular car (with a few fall back options identified via the web and
Bunch of con artists!
Decided to purchase a VW Golf from Car Giant for my dad due to the good ratings on Trust Pilot. I felt i would feel comfortable with the purchase just because they were a big dealer and they would provide a quality vehicle. Saw a 2013 VW Golf at £10,600 and felt it was good price and enquired about the car and was told it had been just reduced by £400 so was priced at £10,200. Assuming it wa
