DO NOT USE

Where do I start: DO NOT USE, these are first class blaggers - and will sell you a ticking time bomb with no qualms about reneging on their point of sale overtures.

Example: Vehicle 5% oil level light would illuminate after 2 weeks, took vehicle to Vauxhall who found a failed drive shaft seal, and melted glove box lamp cover. Vauxhall would replace the aforesaid parts, and service the vehicle. Transpired vehicle was '3000' miles over its 20k main service schedule. Car Giant now claim they "do not service vehicle prior to sale unless appropriate payment is made" - irrespective of selling a technically not roadworthy vehicle - and without offering this very same claim when you're making your buying decision, notably when you'd tell them where to stick their car!!

Vehicle was also sold with failed tyres (discovered as deemed failed by Car Giant's own pre site inspection) - Car Giant claim the tyres were replaced, notably in their letters, and subsequently under court conditions - blatant liars playing for the cameras at this point - as Car Giant would know the tyres WERE NOT replaced - leaving customer to foot the replacement cost. Car Giant now asserts: "they are not at liberty" to provide the Invoices for the tyres (which didn't exist)!

After 3 weeks, a small crack was noticed on the vehicle windscreen. Transpired the vehicle windscreen was also deemed failed (again, noted on their own so called pre site inspection) but clearly wasn't attended, or even advised upfront at point of sale. Car Giant subsequently avoids the topic in their correspondence claiming the "vehicle was viewed prior to sale".

Also, after 4 weeks of driving, vehicle driving irregularities noticed, having taken the vehicle to be checked it was found the vehicle had a suspected 'bent sub frame' which was also kept quiet/not checked by Car Giant - even though their pre site inspection stated 'uneven tyre wear'!

Would you buy a car from here? I personally wouldn’t The staff are all robotic with hardly any knowledge of cars. They are told to learn scrip’s which makes them all give the same replies to questions you ask. The staff have individual targets, if not met have a review and the company comes down hard on them. They really don’t give a crap about customers there just numbers and want to flog dodgy
dodgy sales practice
They raised the price of a car by 500 pounds after I agreed to buy it, while I was waiting to sign the contract in the office. Only realised after they emailed me my copy of the contract. Sent them a photo of the listing price on their own website which I took a time stamped screen shot of after agreeing to buy the car. No compensation. Not even an apology. Refused to refund the deposit. No respon
Avoid like the plague—the black death
Bought car from them in Sep 23. Nov 23, car broken down. Called Cargiant, said it's a major fault with"Adblue Emissions Impossible to Start" fault showing up. Cargiant said they will come and pick it up and repair it and I would have to wait till mid-dec 23 for pickup. Told them Consumer Rights Act said Dealership cannot inconvenience me as I live in an area where I have to drive to work and s
Missold vehicle with incorrect mileage
Sold a car with "verified mileage" They have no way of checking cars themselves solely rely on a simple HPI check! unlike a main dealer who can detect these mileage alterations, using specialist equipment wich has just happened on mine wich invalidates the warranty. That's 23k gone down the drain as when you question this you will be sent a HPI report they will not investigate or supply you with
Good value
Have bought 2 cars from here first was a seat exeo that did a further 130000 miles without issue and the second a cmax for my wife, this had one issue but 1 call to car giant and it was booked in and repaired locally at no cost to us and we hadn’t taken the warranty either You have to look at what your buying as some cars are in better shape than others but the price reflects this Currently loo
A good buy

I would add there was no quibble at all regarding the fault or cost. I found from the time of our initial visit to the purchase and collection to be a great experience. I would buy again and recommend to freinds & family
Underhanded Car Dealer
The issue that I have experienced was: I purchased a vehicle from Cargiant in October 2018, after I took it for a full service at VW two months after, I was issued a repair bill for £1000 to fix a number of serious issues that I as a customer would never have been able to see when purchasing the car on the show room floor. After a grueling time, lots of phone calls and stressful conversations, Car
