to be avoided, buy from a place that cares, not here

We bought a car from this company on 14 July 2020. We were forced to agree to have the money, £12700 refunded to our account on 2 days later ( read full story below). The money took exactly one month to be put back into our account by this company. I will add at this point, that anyone buying a black Evoque reg. number SV16 VWN, the EGR unit has failed and this will cost you around £500 to replace. Cartime instructed a mechanic to 'clean' the unit so it would appear to be ok....temporarily. Here is the full sad story;

Saturday July 11th. we went to look at a range rover Evoque in a?t Cartime Rochdale. We saw an Evoque we liked , but is was manual transmission, and we wanted automatic. They told us they had exactly what we wanted, but at their other showroom. They arranged to have it brought to their showroom on Tuesday 14th July afternoon at 4pm, and we would buy it , they would take our Citroen Cactus in part exchange.
