"Compassionate & trustworthy "

Now car dealers most of us are apprehensive about them we go with the mindset of rite there going to be like politicians this cars the bees knees straight as a ruler as they do , that was what I was expecting to be honest, but to my surprise that couldn't be farther from the truth, talk about being honest my goodness I went to view a focus upon my arrival in was greeted with a smile given the keys and a complete free rain to check the car in peace ( no one was breathing down my neck ) I asked for a test drive normal yes but for a full 20 minutes drive with no objections from him at all , amazing, the focus needed a new clutch and was fitted with one the next day not a problem at all ,again no hassle , very polite and amazingly there prepared to go the extra mile to give you peace of mind, I didn't have to lift a finger to sort the road tax either that was done for me 2 all I did was pay for it lol , they was adamant they was cleaning the car (that was all ready spotless ) before I drove it away, I'm still in

Wrong diagnosis
I put my car into broad lane due to a loud noise coming from the engine when I went above 3rd gear. They had the car all morning without them contacting me and then when I called the mechanic was on his lunch break and unable to speak with me with the person on the phone unable to tell me anything about my car. The owner of the garage called me to inform me it was my gear box and quoted me £80

Untrustworthy
I would definitely not recommend this dealer. I was sold a vehicle with a recent MOT with no advisories. The vehicle had been with the dealer since the MOT and so I was expecting everything to be fine. However, less than a week after buying the car I had issues with the clutch. I took it into a garage and was told that the car's clutch was on it's way out, there were potential issues with the gear

Not honest . Many lies
I discovered that most of my questions were answered by lies . I had to change many parts to get the car going shortly after I bought it . The car was over all over valued . Even when I asked about the faults ,he replied I didn't examine the car properly although he said I used to drive it my self !
