Do not waste your time with this dealership!!
Where to start. I purchased a new Corsa from this dealership and having problems with a previous dealership I was promised my car by today the 18th of march, so I ring up ready to go and collect my car - it hasn't even been delivered to the dealership. I specifically said I need the car by Friday the 20th, will this be ok? no problem youll have your car by Tuesday if not then defiantly Wednesday! I got told about 5 minutes ago, they will "try their best to get me the car tomorrow but more than likely it will be Saturday" oh okay.. once they have your signature and your payment info, they really don't give a monkeys, they will do whatever suits them. Frankly I wish id never gone to Vauxhall its all been a massive joke. I wont be using them again or recommending them to family and friends, I would recommend them to my worst enemy. awful customer service.
