Nice show room, friendly staff but clueless!

They will make you change un-neccessary parts when you question person you are talking about their recommendation, you will find she has no clue and keep repeating same thing again and again as if old audio tape is stuck in her mouth. Watch out for their quotation, you will get different quote if you call more then once, depend on person answering call. If you still want to go there make sure you check your car before handing over your car to this dealer (Bristol Audi) or prepare to get list of things to change. Giving one star is too much to this dealer, if you want to avoid this company make sure you also avoid, Audi, Bath and Cardiff as these branches are run by same cow boys.

Suspect service?

I had a full service conducted just before christmas (£571.91) I have just had an MOT by my local garage and whilst it passed the MOT , they informed me that there is a gearbox oil leak that it is indeterminable where it is coming from as it is 'all over the place' they advised me to go back to the place that did my service. Brilliant service, and got a whole load of things on the car fixed for free on top of the work we were having done including a recall that we didn't know about. They called up for approval before doing any work on the car and got it all done in a day, oh and got a free court
