Please read carefully, this garages has the worst after care service I have ever experienced, unfortunately my car is a Company Car, and so the garage will blame the lease company as much as possible, however consider this, the 1st visit to replace broken wind screen wipers, the girl on the desk actually said this has never happened before, it must be something you've done! yes I used them to wipe water away from the wind screen, 2nd visit I logged 3 issues, when the girl at the desk gave the car back, these issues are not there, 3rd visit 4 issues logged, you may see a pattern here, we checked none of these issues occurred, 4th visit I didn't bother to log anything, however a 2 Hour service took 4 hours, although they managed to find that the back brakes needed replacing, however again on returning the car, no warning to let them settle in or bed in. Also they returned the car dirty and had made a terrible mess inside. What Seat fail or more i think Blade to understand is that if they give a Lease car owner good service, it may lead onto a private sale. I however once this car is returned in a few months will never, and I mean never deal with Seat but more importantly Blade again

Sky high charges for work that was and was not needed and terrib
I have recently had my Seat Alhambra serviced at your premises, and even though i thought the service was expensive for what it was, i was even more astonished when the health check which you carried out on my car totaled just over £900.00 to have all the "supposed" faults corrected by your company. How can you justify your prices? for instance, you quoted £162.00 to top up the air condition
