Extremely poor after sale experience
I would strongly advise avoiding Big Motoring World based on my experience. The customer service, after-sales support, and complaint handling were consistently poor, and the business showed little willingness to take responsibility for issues that were present from the moment the vehicle was purchased.
The car developed faults almost immediately, yet instead of addressing them properly, the company repeatedly dismissed legitimate concerns and attempted to shift responsibility elsewhere. Communication was slow, unhelpful, and often contradictory. When I escalated the matter, the responses I received were generic, incomplete, and failed to engage with the actual problems raised. Eventually, they simply reiterated its position and refused to progress the complaint any further.
The warranty provider linked to the sale also failed to offer meaningful support, leaving me stuck between two companies who both insisted the issue was someone else’s problem. For a dealership of this size, the lack of accountabilit
