Poor after sales service
I recently bought a new car from this dealership and although there was an issue (not the dealers fault), they dealt with it well and would have got a 4 or 5 star Customer Service rating, however, my old car was taken in part exchange and they failed to settle the finance, which was agreed. I therefore was landed with an unexpected payment for my old car as well as the new one. On contacting the dealership they said that it was an error, but they had noticed it the day before and had made the payment. 2 weeks later they still haven't settled it and I will soon end up paying another instalment on a car I have sold, or don't pay and have it affect my credit rating.
I have rated Professionalism 1 star as previously I bought a Kia from another dealership in the Birchwood Motors Group and experienced the same problem. These people seem to have a strategy that the customer is left funding the finance whilst they sell the car.
