PLEASE READ BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS BUSINESS.

No response to emails. Take forever to call back. Conned into buying the gap and ceramic coating. Have had massive problems with the ceramic coating to the point of it damaging my paintwork probably beyond repair, they do not have a clue what they are doing when applying the ceramic coating my car was not properly prepared before the coating was applied which has caused the damage.

A review has been put on there website supposedly from me Raving about how good the service was, I can tell you I did NOT enter any kind of review and if I did it would be negative (consent was given for a photo to be taken of me with the car on collection and that is all) without a doubt many other reviews will be the same as they all say very similar things.

Have since had the car at a VW dealership and several faults have been found: new drivers side window motor required, both front suspension bushes need replacing, panaramic sunroof requires several new parts. All of which could of and SHOULD of been picked up on the pr

Great service

I found the perfect car online and when speaking to the guys at Ashridge Vehicles instantly felt comfortable purchasing from them. They described the car accurately to me and answered all my questions. They helped in areas to make buying a car and getting on the road easy. Read Before Buying From Ashridge Vehicles Ltd.

The car I bought from Ashridge Vehicles has left me upset, disappointed and considerably out of pocket. After collecting the car I found that both sides had been repaired badly. The list of problems includes runs and debris in the paintwork on both sills, poor application of stone chip and overspray where it shouldn’t be. I was looking for an Audi A5 convertible and found this car on "Auto Trailer". The car was exactly as describer and well priced. I have now had the car for 10 months and remain delighted and would return to this dealer in the future despite being 250 miles for my home in Durham

Great Cars, Great Service

I phoned up on a car that i saw on autotrader. The salesman i spoke to was really helpful and booked me in for an appointment the next day. When i turned up i was welcomed by a friendly face and a hot drink. The salesman who dealt with me was really professional and answered all my questions. The stock that ashridge vehicles have is first class. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Came down thinking we’d found the right car on the internet only to have a spanner thrown in the works with lots of other great cars on offer. The staff were so friendly and gave the time required to make a decision, not even putting pressure on us when we said we needed to go away and think about it!! I had the pleasure of dealing with Ashridge Vehicles when I bought my Audi TTS. The customer service was 1st class from walking in the door to driving off the forecourt with my new car. The salesman 'Luigi' had excellent knowledge of the vehicles in stock and was very helpful and honest when it came to choosing the right car for me. I will definitely be returning for my next purchase.
