Bought a Range Rober in January that was given a clean MOT the week before purchase with no advisories, within 6 weeks of having the car I have had nothing but problems, which should have either been advisories on the MOT or failed the MOT. Contacted the garage and was asked to send photos, done that and had no reply. Phoned again and was told David was dealing with it and would phone me back in the afternoon. No phone call. I’m now going down the route of trading standards. Absolutely disgusting to have just paid a significant amount of money for a car that is going to cost me in the realms of £1800 to get sorted

Pull my wishbone
Bought Dodge caliber last year from them, they replaced the Subframe but didn't replace wishbone arms that were badly worn. Feel like I've been driving a dangerous car all year, they should never have passed it for MOT the condition it was in.

Best service I've had from a garage bar none.

Fantastic service
Terrific sales service. Not pushy and identified the right car for me. In this case a 3 series BMW. Ensured it was in tip top condition before I drove away. Terrific after sales and nice touch with the mats.

Unnecessary In This Day And Age
Where do i begin! The Value of any Second Hand Car is within the remit of said cars Over All Condition when it's up for sale, so with that taken into the equation you then Price Accordingly. Well its seems not at this Garage, & i say to all out there in all honesty: " Do Not Buy A Car From This Garage " I can't begin to tell of how bad the condition of each car I went to view was in.

Bought a ford ka and within few weeks the exhaust plummeted from bottom of car with my children in it...refused any responsibility...absoloute crooks,thieves and liars the both of them!!!! Taking case up with citizens advice
