I bought a Dacia Sandero Access from this dealer on the 27/07/18 the car itself was fine and I don't have a problem however a few days later I had a radio fitted the radio itself went in fine but then the problem there was only one door rubber in the drivers door these are needed for the speaker wiring to travel from the radio in the dashboard to the speakers in the doors went back to the dealer where I was told A) that my car does not have these available to which I asked in that case why is there one in my driver door B) my model is not suitable for any upgrades to which I asked in that case why does it have pre wiring for a radio and Ariel on the roof 4x speaker cabinets in the doors and a blank facia in the dashboard for a radio to go into all of these questions were answered with an I don't know but to me just an attitude of well we have your money now so we don't care when I asked to speak to the dealer general manager to raise a complain for some reason he did not wish to speak to me his proxy reply wa

Damaged my new approved used vehicle
I was told by their head office to take my recently acquired faulty car into Warrington Arnold Clark for an inspection whilst on site my drivers wing mirror was damaged and my front nearside headlamp. I have heard nothing from them in regards to replacing the damaged parts. The combination of the faults and the damage that has occurred is pushing me into rejecting the vehicle.

Not to be trusted!
Recently purchased a used car from Arnold Clark. My partner (who has 30 years experience in the motor trade ) noticed the exhaust was blowing and pointed it out to the salesman during the pre purchase inspection.
