Complete Stich Up

Bought a damaged newish vehicle from ARA MOTORS LTD for a several thousand pounds. Turning to be my worst nightmare, first of all damage is much more severe and way bigger than advertised and explained over the phone, sms and pictures. Assured over the phone V document and 2 key fobs present, delivered with one and no documents whatsoever, 2 weeks later still no documents..Overcharged for delivery and well delayed. Deceitful and misleading information and promises..Bullied over the phone and email..Horrendous treatment once full payment was made..Duped into paying the full amount before delivery into a bank account instead of paypal which guarantees peace of mind..Out of pocket and out of trust..If returned stand to lose 1000 pounds even though seller's fault..
