I'd sooner eat worms than go back there

When I arrived home after collecting the car I became aware that there was previously hidden damage and the book pack was missing, I then informed your salesman of this.

This resulted in a cock and bull story about manuals no longer being supplied and I had to get any information about using the car from the internet or phone the dealership.

Why I was lied to I have no idea,all I wanted was the book pack that had been removed and which should have been with the car and the damage rectifying.

Two weeks later I received a second hand replacement boot floor with the wrong manual in it.I informed the salesman that the manual was the wrong one and he insisted that I must return it so he could “analyse” it because he refused to believe me !

I said I would return it with the damaged boot floor but he would not accept this and has refused to send me the manual. That manual does not belong to him,it is mine and is considered by Hyundai to be part of the car. To me this is theft.
