SERIOUSLY, PLEASE DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS GARAGE!!!

So after a nightmare experience at another garage, I decided to give these a try. The customer service is completely non existent. I initially chose to put a deposit on a car I really liked on the understanding that I would take an engineer to inspect it and if all ok I would then go ahead with the sale. Amongst other things, the engineer found a hole in the exaust and the air con not working at all. The car was advertised with a full service history but had only had 3 services out of 10, the last one being 3 years ago. When I told him the car was being mis-advertised his ACTUAL WORDS WERE......."its advertised with a lot of things, the advert doesnt state they are working though does it?!!" So if you see a car advertsied with a radio, air con etc etc, like he says, they are on the car but it doesnt mean they work! Regarding the service history being incorrect, his comments were "oh well, do you want it or not?" After a huge show down on the forecourt, I left. The car was advertised on the forecourt for £1600.00 but on Autotrader is was £1475.00. Also watch out for the hidden £30.00 charge for the logbook - what this charge is for I have no idea!! Glad I walked away when I did. Please dont go here!!!!

son inlaw bought a car just before christmas for his daughters christmas present as we had nowhere to store it, they stored it for us, last week had a problem with the battery popped in friday 11-1-2019 manager told me to bring in saturday morning lifted up the bonnet the manager went straight into motorworld new battery on car gone, first class service, many thanks R Cairns.

DO NOT PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
As with all the other bad reviews this company can't be trusted. It's a side business being run along with a food take away and car wash. This is why the service is so bad. Sold me an unroadworthy car! It spent more time in the garage then it did with me! Finally after threatening legal proceedings with them they refunded me but not all of the money. Bought a BMW from them after diving it 60 miles it broke down took it to a specialist who tells me its uneconomical to repair dealer states not his problem however trading standards disagree so stand by to be shut down as im not letting this go ill take it to every court in the land I will ruin them for costing me 4.6k and selling me an unsafe car knowing I have kids in it.

Steer Clear!
Worst Car buying experience ever. Adding £50 admin fee after tye price has been agreed. Found non-existant faults in our trade -in car which they told us was only worth scrap value and we then found on sale on their website for 3 times what they said it was worth.
