Avoid Sascron

Bought a car 3.5 months ago to now find out the clutch has gone.. we paid £900 for a warranty that doesn’t cover it as apparently in 3.5 months it’s ‘wear and tear’. Once you’ve purchased a vehicle the customer service is awful, they don’t wanna know but are amazing when you want to buy a car! and we actually left a positive review on auto trader as we were happy with the staff at first but after sales problems is horrendous. Avoid! It took 5 days to even try to speak to someone about it as every time I rang, there was always excuses about the managers being on the phones etc.

Don’t ever waste your time or money buying a car from this company lies after lies sold me a dodgey car with faulty brakes knowing I have children and needed it for work have had ongoing issues for the last 7 months there manager is a lier and everyone who works there lies and fobs you off have to call at least 5 times and leave messages until someone might even consider calling you back they buy

Unfortunately Sascron have made the car buying process one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had. We travelled for 2 hrs to be met by the salesman who had prepped the wrong vehicle for us to look at. Very poor customer service
Good prices, excellent customer service, especially from Sam Coventry who made the process easy and his attention to detail, explanations and thoughtfulness were spot on. I would recommend him as your next representative. Update: Couple of things to be sorted after sale - Customer service was made aware about this. I bought my Renault Clio about a year and a half ago. And i must say the car still runs perfectly! There was plenty of choice for someone with a lower budget like me, looking for my first car. I would strongly advise that u think very carefully when buying
This dealership is very helpful in selling you a car but in my case the car had three major breakdowns in the first three weeks and the last a major issue. And the response I got was the car had a major inspection and was mot and refuse to help or offer to repair or replace the vehicle hence why I have now had to go down the legal route ie ombudsman.so if was u buy your car from a main dealer or
