Friendly, professional service.

My husband and I went to North Star actually on our way to another dealership and left with a car! We both felt that the Vauxhall Viva we purchased was too good to let go having an exceedingly low mileage and being in such good condition as it had been a Motability car prior to coming to North Star. Our salesman put me at ease almost immediately and gave me a lot of information on the performance of the car. It drove extremely well during the test drive and although the price was higher than we had intended spending we felt it was worth it.

The whole process of purchasing the car was speedily and efficiently carried out and the car was ready for collection after having a final full service and clean on time and the final paperwork completed efficiently and speedily. Two things came to light afterwards - one was that he failed to explain to us that to start the car you needed to press the clutch down before turning the key in the ignition. It took us some time the next morning to work this fact out! Al

At time of writing, vehicle is now out of 3 month warranty. Of course the exhaust fell off 4 days before it expired. Needless to say not part of cover. It required a bespoke replacement costing £460. Fitted!!! With hindsight, should have secured discount and changed cam belt myself. Because its not possible to find sign of it being changed. Lesson learnt! I will do it shortly. All that said seems

When I picked the car (a six year old Hyundai Velostar) up it had been serviced, everything was as it should be, and was also lovely and clean. I have had the car a couple of months now and am still very pleased with it. I think that this dealership is trustworthy, friendly and efficient. I would recommend North Star and would definitely consider buying from them again.
