1st class!

Having been messed about in the past I was cautious when looking for a car. I did all of my research online and to be honest was a little put off by the previous reviews left but I decided to speak to them as I really liked the bmw they had for sale. I am so thankful I did as the service was 1st class. They emailed all the details of the car to me and answered any questions I had. they were were very professional and patient with me. I ended up buying the car and I have to say the service was best I’ve experienced. the car was exactly as described absolutely lovely and they spent a lot of time with me making sure I was comfortable. Thank you ATSW

STAY WELL AWAY COWBOYS

Basically stay away and don't be drawn in by their promises because the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing its all lies. I spent £12000 on a vehicle that I had paid for warranty and service extra no stamp in warranty book had to send it back to be stamped took months to come back even though they said it was on its way a week later sent in a made up envolpe falling apart. Brilliant!

Saw the car i wanted on their Autotrade site. A beausitful Audi RS4, I came down to view it and the sales team, although obviously extremely busy (I hadn't told them I was coming) were more than accommodating. Cowboys

They are the type of dealer who give the motor trade a bad name. Absolute cowboys who lie from start to finish. No point leaving a long review but having bought a car from them recently they are the worst dealer that I have ever dealt with. Do not trust them

235i - brilliant very reliable car

We got a 235i which has been brilliant since we got it. We had brilliant customer service and didn't have to wait long at all for the paperwork & finance documents to be sent off and received back. Would 100% recommend this garage as they have all cars that would suit you. Thank you for the amazing experience, will defiantly be back!

Only buy from here if you are looking for spare parts! The vehicle we purchased was not fit for the road. We recieved nothing but rude hostility from customer 'service' and endured months of stress.

totally unprofessional-Not a car dealer but a scrapyard.

On ebay I spotted a Mini Cooper S from this car dealer. Quickly I clarified a few details and made a payment to reserve the car. I have come all the way from Germany to find a car that does not correspond to the description. I was told the engine was flawless. The reality was a motor in which no cooling water was to be found. Also, ignition cables of another car were installed which do not fit. T
